Bronte

West of Third Line | West to Burloak Drive | South of Rebecca Street | North of Lake Ontario. Bronte is a popular tourist area with a great assortment of pubs and restaurants and The Bronte Marina which was recently enlarged and includes The Compass Restaurant.

Bronte Creek

West of Bronte Road | South of Dundas Street. Bronte Creek is a newer housing development primarily built by Monarch Homes, Fernbrook Homes and Mattamy Homes. This upscale community offers a variety of detached homes on 36, 46 and 56 foot lots, and executive townhomes, all set within the rolling hills and mature trees of the surrounding area of Bronte Creek Provincial Park.

College Park

East of Sixteen Mile Creek | South of Upper Middle Road |West of Trafalgar Road | North of QEW. A mature area of central north Oakville offering a mixture of residential homes from detached residences on quiet courts to townhomes, high rise apartments and condos.  Close Proximity to Sheridan College, The Oakville Mall and easy access to the QEW and the Oakville Go Station.

Central Oakville

East of Dorval Drive to 16 Mile Creek | South of Speers Road | North of Lake Ontario. Homes in Central Oakville include a wide range of homes from fixer-uppers in the Kerr Street village to luxury townhomes overlooking the Oakville Harbour, sprawling bungalows in the Riverside neighbourhood and custom-built homes. You can walk to the lake, Oakville Harbour, Downtown Oakville's fantastic shops and restaurants, yet still enjoy easy access to the QEW from Trafalgar Rd and the Oakville Go Train station.

Falgarwood

Falgarwood is found north of the QEW, south of Upper Middle, east of Trafalgar and west of 9th Line. Mainly detached, this neighbourhood offers lovely wide lots, with mature trees and landscaping.

Glen Abbey

South of Upper Middle Road | West of Dorval Drive | North of QEW. Glen Abbey continues to be one of the most sought after real estate locations in Oakville, a planned community that originated in the 1980s with beautiful walking and biking trails, ravines and parks.  Glen Abbey includes the Fairway Hills development of luxury detached homes backing on to the Glen Abbey Golf Course. Homes in Glen Abbey are predominantly detached, but also offer Condominium Apartments, Condominium Townhomes and Freehold Townhomes.  The Glen Abbey community has a variety of amenities including Glen Abbey Golf Course, Deerfield Golf Course, Saw Whet Golf Course, an extensive trail system and the Glen Abbey Recreation Centre.  Glen Abbey has great zccess to the QEW & 403 and is close to the 407 and both the Oakville and Bronte GO Train stations.

Joshua Creek & Wedgewood Creek

East of Trafalgar Road | North of Upper Middle Road.  Joshua Creek borders Mississauga to the east and is home to newer luxury homes and high-end Townhomes. Joshua Creek has excellent schools, parks, Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, Upper Oakville Shopping Centre, Iroquois Ridge High School.  Most popular because of the immmediate highway access to QEW, 403, 407 and the Go Train.

Lakeshore Woods in Bronte

East Of Burloak | North of Lakeshore Road | West of Bronte. Lakeshore Woods is a newer development built mainly by Rosehaven Homes, Aspen Ridge Homes and National Homes and consists of medium to large luxury homes and high-end townhomes and has become a very sought after location.

Old Oakville

The Old Oakville neighbourhood in Oakville extends east of 16 Mile Creek, south of Cornwall Road to Lake Ontario.  It includes an impressive array of residential homes, historical homes, luxury waterfront condos, luxury custom-built homes and trendy live/work condos.

River Oaks

North of Upper Middle Road | South of Dundas Street between Trafalgar Road and 16 Mile Creek. The River Oaks neighbourhood is a great family oriented community, including the very popular Oak Park community, offers great facilities, schools and shopping.

Southeast Oakville ~ Morrsion ~ Ford

West of Ford Drive | East of Traflagar Road | South to Lake Ontario.  Southeast Oakville continues to be one of the most desirable areas of Oakville and has a wide range of detached homes, numerous custom built homes and luxury estates.

Southwest and West Oakville

This is a mature, established neighbourhood of Oakville, including many areas of custom built or renovated homes.  Home to the Coronation Park area, Appleby College and the YMCA.

West Oak Trails & Westmount

West Oak Trails extends North of Upper Middle Road | South of Dundas Street | East of Bronte Road (Highway #25) and west of the 16 Mile Creek. It includes the Westmount and Upper Glen Abbey neighbourhoods. It is a community of newer homes with great new schools and community parks.
